At My Natural Me, we provide specialized programs and resources that address mental health, caregiving responsibilities, career demands, and financial literacy.
Through empathy, education, and community, we guide individuals on paths of healing, growth, and sustainable success.
In addition, through our workshops and trainings hosted by Motivational and Educational speakers we aim to empower women to grow and reach their fullest potentials.

Dementia Caregivers Support Program
Caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming and stressful. It can be difficult to manage the physical, emotional, and financial demands of caregiving.
Our dementia caregiver support program provides comprehensive support to help caregivers cope with the challenges of caregiving.
Our program includes:
Educational workshops on dementia care
Support groups for caregivers
Individual counseling for caregivers
Respite care for the person with dementia
Financial assistance for caregivers
We are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate support to caregivers of people with dementia. We believe that everyone deserves to have the support they need to provide quality care for their loved ones.

FASHION SHOW FUNDRAISER
Join us at on Friday, April 12 at 5:00 pm for an inspiring evening of fashion and compassion as we raise awareness around dementia and extend support to caregivers. The My Natural Me Fashion Show fundraiser promises an unforgettable night filled with purpose, featuring a captivating runway, heartfelt stories, and a commitment to making a difference.
We will honor individuals and organizations that are supporting Dementia Caregivers with programs, products and services. In addition, this is a time to network and meet other individuals in the community making a difference.
Food & Drinks will be provided.
